What is the real meaning between Best friend and friend?

Those that so-called 'Friends' who always say joke that like criticize?

Well, Best friend do always talk alot. Whereby less joke been done cause of lossing Friendship?

Idk :\, maybe just a best friend then less talk joke? Scare of misunderstanding?

Just like some friend who done wrong and you scolded him ''Noob''

But once your best friend done the similiar things, you wont even say a thing.
